Now, Jau welcomes wine lovers with a typical menu of Roussillon specialties: fougasse with olives as an aperitif, bread rubbed with olive oil and fresh tomato alongside Iberian ham, a basket of ripe tomatoes, lamb chops, and grilled sausages. These are paired with wines from the estate, including Côtes du Roussillon Blanc, Jaja de Jau, Côtes du Roussillon Rosé, Côtes du Roussillon Villages, Muscat de Rivesaltes, and Rivesaltes Ambré.

This guided session will begin with choosing the ideal spot, where the vineyard rows lead naturally toward the château, creating a stunning focal point that draws the viewer’s eye.
